At the Extraordinary General Meeting on 13 May 2008, Preben Lund Hansen, Managing Director, retired from the Board of Directors. He was succeeded as a board member by Karen Frøsig, Managing Director of Sydbank. As a result, Totalkredit publishes the minutes from the General Meeting.
