us according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 09, 2008, its
Voting Rights with respect to Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin and
Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007236101, WKN: 723610, exceeded the 3% Voting
Rights threshold through shares and that it held on that date an amount
equal to 3.16% (this corresponds to 28887392 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.0001% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 975 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
