Articles 21, 22 of WpHG that its voting rights via shares in Deutsche Bank
AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, ISIN DE0005140008, WKN 514000, exceeded the
3 % voting rights threshold on May 07, 2008 and amounted to 3.70 % (this
corresponds to 19,620,246 voting rights). 0.31 % (1,624,051 voting rights)
are attributed to UBS AG according to Article 22  para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG.
