Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On May 14, 2008, UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us according to
sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Praktiker
Bau- und Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG, Kirkel, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights
on May 07, 2008, and now amount to 5.85% (this corresponds to 3,395,132
Voting Rights).
According to sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, no. 1 of the WpHG, 0.22% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 128,534 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
