Listing procedure initiated for VAS “Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka” mortgage bonds

Riga Stock Exchange on May 15, 2008 has received an application from VAS
“Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka” requesting the listing of mortgage bonds on
the RSE Bonds' list (127 390 mortgage bonds with nominal value EUR 100). 

The RSE Management Board's resolution on listing will be made public
immediately after it has been made.
