Cramo Plc Investor news 15 May 2008, at 9.00 am Finnish time (GMT+2) Cramo acquires local rental company in Sweden Cramo Sverige AB, the Swedish wholly-owned subsidiary of Cramo Plc, has signed a letter of intent to acquire GMM Hyrservice i Lund's operations. The final agreement is conditioned on some remaining details being solved, and is planned to be finalised on 1 June 2008. GMM Hyrservice rents primarily building machinery, aerial equipment, and compact machinery from its rental depot in Lund in Southern Sweden. Most customers are small and mid-sized construction companies. The annual turnover is approximately EUR 1.5 million and the number of employees is six. "The acquisition is a very good complement to our present operation in Lund", says Göran Larsson, Regional Manager for Cramo Sverige's southern region. The acquired operation will be integrated with Cramo's operations as soon as possible, under the name Cramo. All employees in GMM Hyrservice have been offered a corresponding position in Cramo. The management will remain in the company for a minimum period of three years.
