The shares of Flaga Group hf., will be removed from trading on OMX Nordic Exchange Iceland after closing of trading day, June 12 2008 in accordance with the company's request from April 30, 2008. The removal of shares is made with reference to Art. 7.1 of Listing Requirements of the Nordic Exchange.
