Listing procedure initiated for AS “ELKO Grupa” bonds

Riga Stock Exchange on May 19, 2008 received an application from JSC “ELKO
Grupa”  requesting listing of bonds on the RSE  Bonds' List (65,000 notes with
nominal value EUR 100). 

The RSE Management Board's resolution on listing will be made public
immediately after it has been made.
