AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” (hereinafter referred to as Latvijas Krājbanka) after-tax profit for first four months of 2008 comprised 1,0 million lats, in its turn the total asset amount comprised 511 million lats. During first four months the amount of attracted private persons` deposits increased by 20 millions, resulting in 8% increase when comparing with the end of the year 2007. AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” capital and reserves during first four months of the year 2008 reached almost LVL 40 million, resulting in a small decrease of 3,7%, if we compare it with the beginning of the year 2008, which is related to the dividend disbursement. The bank has paid in dividends a half or 2,6 million lats from the audited profit for the year 2007, the second half was directed towards business development. During first four months the bank's credit portfolio increased by 19 million lats. AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” provides various financial services to private individuals and legal entities.
