to Section 21 (1) WpHG that its share of the total voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a.d.Saale, Germany,
fell below the thresholds of 3% on 7 February 2008 and now amounts to 2.41%
(2,502,100 voting rights).
