voting rights in our company had fallen below the threshold of 3% on 13 May
2008 and totalled 1.44% (2,973,925 voting rights). Of these, 0.15% (305,662
voting rights) are attributable to UBS AG in accordance with Section 22,
para. 1, sentence 1, item 1 of the WpHG.
