Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Tognum AG, Friedrichshafen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0N4P43, WKN: A0N4P4,
have fallen below of 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on Mai 13, 2008
and amounts to 2.13% (this corresponds to 2792036 Voting Rights) on this
date. 0.21% of these Voting Rights (this corresponds to 269689 Voting
Rights) are attributed to the UBS AG according to Article 22, Section 1,
