Schouw & Co. holding of treasury shares now represents 5.32% of the
share capital                                                      

Pursuant to the Danish Securities Trading Act, we hereby announce that    
Aktieselselskabet Schouw & Co. now holds 1,488,302 of the company's shares
with a nominal value of DKK 10 each.                                      

At the release of the company's interim financial report for the first quarter  
of 2008 on May 8, 2008, the company held 1,215,642 treasury shares, equal to    
4.34% of the share capital.                                                     

Accordingly, during the intermediate period, Schouw & Co. has increased the   
holding by 272,660 treasury shares for an aggregate price of DKK 52.2 million.

The portfolio of own shares now represents 5.32% of the company's share
capital.
