Today, Monday, May 26th, 2008, Vosvik AB published a public offer to the shareholders in Kontakt East Holding AB.

With reference to what is stated above, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB has therefore decided that the shares in Kontakt East Holding AB (ISIN-code SE0001821513, order book ID 37035)
will be placed on the observation segment until further notice.

The shares will be transferred with effect from Tuesday, May 27th, 2008.
