EXCHANGE NOTICE 253/2008, 26 May 2008 SHARES THE SHARE OF TIETOENATOR CORPORATION REMOVED FROM OBSERVATION SEGMENT Cidron Services Oy published on May 26, 2008 the following: "The offer period of Cidron Services Oy's tender offer for the shares and stock options in Tietoenator Corporation expired on May 23, 2008. The conditions to the completion of the tender offer were not fulfilled during such offer period. Cidron Services Oy does not further extend the offer period and, therefore, the tender offer lapses." OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki transferred the share of TietoEnator Corporation to the Observation segment on the grounds of the Rules of the Stock Exchange rule 2.1.8 article 4 on March 20, 2008. The grounds for transferring the share to the observation segment no longer exist. Ostotarjouksen toteuttamisedellytykset eivät täyttyneet mainitun tarjousajan aikana. Cidron Services Oy ei jatka tarjousaikaa edelleen, ja siten julkinen ostotarjous raukeaa." OMX Pohjoismainen Pörssi Helsinki siirsi 20.3.2008 TietoEnator Oyj:n osakkeen Arvopaperipörssin sääntöjen 2.1.8 kohdan 4 perusteella tarkkailulistalle. Tarkkailulistalle siirtämisen peruste on poistunut. Tarkkailulistan tarkoituksena on kiinnittää markkinoiden huomio listayhtiöön liittyvään erityiseen seikkaan.
