Hamburg, May 26, 2008. Lloyd Fonds AG has completed the extensive
restructuring of its sales structures and personnel resources. Following
the completion of these activities, Dr. Marcus Simon, a member of the
Management Board, will be leaving the Company at his own request effective
August 31, 2008. Dr. Simon has been with the Company since 2006, playing a
crucial role in its strong growth, first as CFO and then as COO Sales and
Marketing. Dr. Torsten Teichert, CEO of Lloyd Fonds AG, will assume interim
responsibility for sales and marketing as of September. The vacancy on the
Management Board is to be filled swiftly.
