us according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 23, 2008,
its Voting Rights with respect to Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin and
Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007236101, WKN: 723610, fell below the 3% of the
Voting Rights threshold and that it held on that date an amount equal to
2.56% (this corresponds to 23440392 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.0001%
