Derivatives: Adjustment of warrants in Millicom Int. Cellular SA SDB connection with the cash dividend (87/08)

In connection with the cash dividend in Millicom Int. Cellular SA SDB all warrants in Millicom Int. Cellular SA SDB will be recalculated. The recalculation will be effective as from Friday May 30th, 2008. Due to the adjustment trading is halted in all Millicom Int. Cellular SA SDB warrants.  Trading will be resumed as from Friday May 30th, 2008
