Trading under surveillance cancelled for JSC “Daugavpils

Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved to cancel the trading under
Surveillance for JSC “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju remonta rūpnīca” from May 29,
2008. 

JSC “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju remonta rūpnīca” on May 28, 2008 submitted its
audited financial report for year 2007 to the RSE. 
Thus the circumstances that were the reason for trading under surveillance JSC
“Daugavpils Lokomotīvju remonta rūpnīca” since May 6, 2008, have ceased to
exist.
