Acquisition of major holding in Saku Õlletehase AS Saku Õlletehase AS has been notified that on 28 May 2008 Carlsberg Estonia Holding OÜ acquired all shares of Saku Õlletehase AS held by Baltic Beverages Holding AB, i.e. 6,000,841 shares in total representing approximately 75.01 % of all shares of Saku Õlletehase AS and of votes represented by the shares.
