NORDSTJERNAN AB'S HOLDING IN RAMIRENT PLC ROSE TO 25.7 PER CENT
This is a notice under the Securities Market Act of Finland Chapter 2, Section
10:
Ramirent has been informed of a change in Nordstjernan AB's holdings of the
voting rights and share capital of Ramirent Plc.
As a result of a share transaction concluded 29 May, 2008, the holdings of
Nordstjernan AB has increased to more than one-fourth (1/4) of the voting rights
and share capital in Ramirent Oyj. The shareholder's complete name is
Nordstjernan AB, Sweden, and trade register number is 556000-1421.
The holdings by Nordstjernan AB in Ramirent Oyj on 29 May, 2008 were as follows:
Number of shares*): 27,889,089
Proportion of share capital*): 25.7%
Proportion of voting rights*): 25.7%
*) Nordstjernan AB has issued call options regarding a total of 210,991
shares in Ramirent Oyj. The said call options have been deducted when
calculating the number of shares and the proportions of share capital and
voting rights.
The share capital of Ramirent Oyj as of today comprises a total of 108,697,328
issued shares. The company has only one class of shares and each share entitles
to one vote.
On 30 April, 2008, Nordstjernan AB was in possession of 20.56% of the share
capital and the voting rights of Ramirent Plc.
