The number of shares and votes in Teleca has changed as a consequence of the
recently completed rights issue and issue of shares as consideration for
Symphony Technology Group's underwriting guarantee.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are 76,852,008 shares in the
company. 475,555 of these shares are class A shares and 76,376,453 are class B
shares. The shares carry in total 81,132,003 votes.
