Articles 21, 22 of WpHG that its voting rights via shares in Deutsche Bank
AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, ISIN DE0005140008, WKN 514000, fell below
the 3 % voting rights threshold on May 26, 2008 and amounted to 2.50 %
(this corresponds to 13,284,038 voting rights). 0.30 % (this corresponds to
1,596,133 voting rights) are attributed to UBS AG according to Article 22 
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
