Since the share buy back programme was initiated on 4 April 2008, the total
number of repurchased shares is 711,250 for a total amount of DKK 285m.
With the transactions stated above, TrygVesta owns a total of 1,411,742 own
shares, corresponding to 2% of the share capital. The total amount of shares in
TrygVesta is 68m including own shares.
