Alfa Laval’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) approved the proposed share split whereby every share will be replaced by four new shares (4:1). The record date is June 10, 2008. OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of options and futures in Alfa Laval and adjusted the OMXS30 Index as described in the attached file.
