Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On June 03, 2008 , KF 15 Verwaltungs GmbH, Munich, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on EM.Sport Media AG, Ismaning, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0009147207,
WKN: 914720, have exceeded the 15% limit of the Voting Rights on May 29,
2008  and now amount to 17.12% (this corresponds to 13346135 Voting
Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG,
these Voting Rights are to be attributed to KF 15 Verwaltungs GmbH from KF
15 GmbH & Co. KG.

On June 03, 2008 , KF 15 GmbH & Co. KG, Munich, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on EM.Sport Media AG, Ismaning, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0009147207,
WKN: 914720, have exceeded the 15% limit of the Voting Rights on May 29,
2008  and now amount to 17.12% (this corresponds to 13346135 Voting
Rights).
