CFO Joachim Jaginder leaves Eniro - Mats Lönnqvist to serve as acting CFO

Joachim Jaginder has accepted a new position as CFO for Com Hem and therefore
decided to resign his position as CFO for Eniro. Mats Lönnqvist has been
appointed acting CFO and will assume his position on August 11.

“Joachim previously worked very successfully together with Tomas Franzén, and it
therefore feels completely natural that their cooperation continues. I would
like to thank Joachim Jaginder for his fine work during his time at Eniro and at
the same time wish him the best of luck at Com Hem,” says Jesper Kärrbrink,
President and CEO of Eniro.

Joachim Jaginder will remain at Eniro through the second quarter and leave the
company on August 31, 2008.

“My time with Eniro has been very exciting, but I have now decided to move on to
new challenges,” says Joachim Jaginder.

Mats Lönnqvist, who has previous experience from Eniro as acting CFO during
2004, has been appointed acting CFO. In addition, Mats has extensive experience
as CFO in several listed companies, including Esselte and Biacore.

“I am glad that Mats Lönnqvist with his extensive experience has accepted to
take on the role of acting CFO for Eniro,” concludes Jesper Kärrbrink.
