Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On June 3rd, 2008 Kairos Investment Mangement Limited, London, Great
Britain, and Kairos Fund Limited, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WPHG that via shares its
voting rights on ISRA VISION AG, Darmstadt, Deutschland, each went below
the 5% limit of the voting rights on May 30th, 2008 and now amounts to
4.90% (this corresponds to 212447 voting rights).
4.90% (212447 voting rights) are to be attributed pursuant to § 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no 6 of the WpHG to Kairos Investment Management Limited, London,
Great Britain. Voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3% or
more in ISRA VISION AG are to be attributed to Kairos Investment Mangement
Limited: Kairos Fund Limited.
On June 3rd, 2008 KIM SpA, Milano, Italien, and KIM BV, c/o ABN Amro Trust
Company, Amsterdam, Niederlande has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on ISRA VISION AG,
Darmstadt, Deutschland, each went below the 5% limit of the voting rights
on May 30th, 2008 and now amounts to 4.90% (this corresponds to 212447
voting rights).
4.90 % (212447 voting rights) are to be attributed each pursuant to § 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG to KIM SpA, Milano, Italien, und KIM BV,
c/o ABN Amro Trust Company, Amsterdam, Niederlande. Voting rights of the
following shareholder holding 3% or more in ISRA VISION AG are to be
attributed to KIM SpA, Milano, Italien, and KIM BV, c/o ABN Amro Trust
Company, Amsterdam, Niederlande: Kairos Fund Limited.
