Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On June 05, 2008 , Mr Gerhard Fischbach, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on plenum AG, Wiesbaden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006901002, WKN:
690100, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 04,
2008  and now amount to 2.43% (this corresponds to 285900 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.43% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 285900 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Fischbach  from  via S&F GmbH & Co KG  and  S&F
Verwaltungs GmbH.
