United Energy Group is pleased to announce the signing of an extensive
cooperation agreement with one of the leading energy groups in Europe. This
cooperation serves the purpose of developing energy projects in certain
European regions with a total investment in the amount of several billion
Euros.

Due to extensive non disclosure clauses no further details can be published
at present. The company anticipates being able to provide a detailed report
of the cooperation agreement within the next 2 months.
