Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On June 09, 2008 , UBS AG, Zürich , Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
SOLON AG für Solartechnik, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007471195, WKN:
747119, have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June
04, 2008  and now amount to 1.93% (this corresponds to 241404 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.04% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 130269 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
