Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Deutsche EuroShop AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007480204, WKN:
748020, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 03,
2008  and now amount to 1.85% (this corresponds to 634538 Voting Rights).
