Fabege sells three properties for SEK 116 million

Fabege has disposed of the properties Gräddö 2&4 in Farsta, Ånsta 20:17 in
Örebro and Kurland 17 at Norrmalm in Stockholm for SEK 116 million. The
properties comprise a total lettable area of approximately 19,000 m2. The
purchaser, Ivarsson & Ullberg Förvaltning AB, will take possession of the
properties on 1 September 2008. The sale will result in a profit after tax of
SEK 12 million, which will be recognised in the second quarter of 2008. 
 “The sale is in line with our strategy of disposing of properties that lie
outside our priority markets and concentrated property management  units,”
