Maconomy CFO Ulrik Christensen leaves the company
Copenhagen, 12 June 2008. It is hereby announced that Maconomy CFO Ulrik
Christensen will leave the company at the end of August following the
presentation of the Interim Report for the first half of 2008.
Ulrik Christensen was employed as CFO on 1 May 2005 and has contributed
significantly to the realisation of Maconomy's turnaround. Now Maconomy faces
new strategic challenges, including the completion of acquisitions.
Accordingly, a mutual agreement has been reached to terminate the
collaboration.
Maconomy has commenced the recruitment process for a new CFO.
