TELESTE DELIVERS A COUNTRYWIDE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SOLUTION TO THE FRENCH        
NATIONAL RAILWAY ORGANISATION                                                   
                                                                                
Teleste has entered into a frame agreement with the French National Railway     
Organisation, SNCF, for the installation of video surveillance systems in the   
major railway stations of France. The agreement covers the delivery and         
installation of encoders, recorders and workstations in 50 railway stations all 
over France. In total, more than 3000 surveillance cameras will be handled and  
managed according to a variety of needs. One of the main drivers for the project
is to increase the security level in rail networks.                             

This new order is an additional evidence of SNCF satisfaction on Teleste        
performance in several projects, including the major 120 stations project in    
Paris and its surroundings which was completed last year.                       

Teleste estimates its part of the contract value to exceed 2 million euros and  
the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year 2009.
