SOCIETE GENERALE STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 12 JUNE 2008 SOCIETE GENERALE TO ISSUE EIGHT NEW TURBOS. THE ISSUE INCLUDES TURBOS ON THE DAX INDEX, THE NASDAQ 100 INDEX, THE NESTE OIL PLC SHARE, THE NOKIA PLC SHARE, THE SAMPO PLC SHARE, AND THE UPM-KYMMENE PLC SHARE. Societe Generale, one of the leading issuers of covered warrants worldwide, issues a total of eight new European Turbo warrants on the Helsinki Stock Exchange (HEX). The Turbos will be subject to public trading on the HEX Exchange List as of 13 June 2008. The underlying assets of the Turbos will be the DAX Index, Nasdaq 100 Index, the Neste Oil Plc share, the Nokia Plc share, the Sampo Plc share and the UPM-Kymmene Plc share. The issue includes three Long Turbos and five Short Turbos. The Turbos will be issued under the Societe Generale warrant program.
