The Administrative Court of Appeal overrules decision by the Swedish Tax Agency 

In the tax dispute regarding the sale of Sifo Research & Consulting, The
Administrative Court of Appeal overruled the County Administrative Court's
ruling on the Swedish Tax Agency's decision to increase Cision AB's taxable
income for the year 2000 by approximately SEK 440 million, which would have
resulted in a tax charge of SEK 173 million, including surcharges but excluding
interest costs. 

Since Cision did not allocate any reserves for the potential tax expense, the
decision by the court has no impact on the Group's results or financial
position.
