informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Wanderer-Werke AG, Augsburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007756009, WKN: 775600, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on June 06, 2008  and now amount to 3.0007% (this corresponds to 85519
Voting Rights).
