Nordicom has received notice from Nicolaj Gruppen ApS, CVR 18 52 69 48, Nyhavn 69, 1051 Copenhagen, that the company has sold all its shares in Nordicom A/S. Furthermore, Nordicom has received notice from Vagner Holding ApS, CVR 19 42 52 31, that the companies NCOM A/S and HFI-Invest A/S, controlled by Vagner Holding ApS, have carried out the following transactions: • NCOM A/S, CVR 19 26 30 02, Nørre Voldgade 11, 1358 Copenhagen, has sold all shares in Nordicom A/S, a total of 349,965 shares or 11.9 percent of the total share capital and registered votes. • HFI-Invest A/S, CVR 17 82 70 06, Nørre Voldgade 11, 1358 Copenhagen, has acquired 1,032,193 shares in Nordicom A/S. This corresponds to nearly 33 percent of the total share capital and registered votes. In connection to the acquisition, Nicolaj Gruppen Aps has been given permission to acquire another 383,662 shares from HFI-Invest A/S until 11-06-2011, pending on further conditions. After these transactions, the total amount of shares controlled by Vagner Holding Aps comes to 1,032,193 shares at DKK 100, corresponding to nearly 33 percent of the total share capital. Ole Vagner has received the invitation to join the company board positively. It is the company's firm belief that the more active role, which Ole Vagner will come to play in the future, will serve to strengthen the underlying equity basis and the company's strategic capacity. Furthermore, Ole Vagner's sizeable network and broad expertise after many years in real estate investment reinforces the already strong intellectual resources of Nordicom.
