Larox to supply vacuum belt filters to Chempolis demonstration plant.

Larox the leading innovator and supplier of solid/liquid separation solutions,
will deliver two gas tight Pannevis vacuum belt filters to Chempolis
Biorefining Park, CBP, 3rd generation biorefining research and demonstration
plant in Oulu, Finland. 

Chempolis Ltd is a leading-edge company in the development and delivery of
environmentally sustainable biorefining technologies and production solutions
for industrial utilization of non-wood and non-food feedstocks. 

Earlier in 2008 UPM and Chempolis Ltd signed a licence agreement on the use of
novel biorefining technology for the production of papermaking fibre and
biochemicals. UPM is investigating a possibility to build and industrial
biorefinery utilizing agro residue in China. 

Larox is strongly focusing its development and research to provide solid/liquid
separation solutions to biorefining technologies.
