Credit Suisse Group, 8070 Zurich, Switzerland - in accordance with § 21
para. 1 and § 24 WpHG - notified us on it's own behalf and on behalf of the
companies hereinafter mentioned of the following:

1. The share of voting rights of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited,
London, England, in DEUTSCHE BÖRSE AG has fallen below the 5% threshold on
05.06.2008 and amounted to 4.658% (9,083,496 voting rights) on this day.

2. Through the above reported shortfall of the 5% threshold by Credit
Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited we also inform you that the share of
voting rights of the affiliates Credit Suisse (International) Holding AG,
Zug, Switzerland, Credit Suisse Investments (UK), London, England, and
Credit Suisse Investment Holdings (UK), London, England, in DEUTSCHE BÖRSE
AG has fallen below the 5% threshold on 05.06.2008 and amounted to 4.658%
(9,083,496 voting rights) on this day. This share of voting rights is fully
attributable to the companies mentioned in this paragraph according to § 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
3. In addition, we are informing that the share of voting rights of Credit
Suisse, Zurich, Switzerland, in DEUTSCHE BÖRSE AG has also fallen below the
5% threshold on 05.06.2008 and amounted to 4.929% (9,611,687 voting rights)
on this day. The attribution of voting rights in the amount of 4.917%
(9,588,866 voting rights) results from § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and
the attribution of voting rights in the amount of  0.012% (22,821 voting
rights) according § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with § 22 para.
1 sent. 2 WpHG.
4. Furthermore we are informing that the share of voting rights of Credit
Suisse Group, Zurich, Switzerland, in DEUTSCHE BÖRSE AG has fallen below
the 5% threshold on 05.06.2008 and amounted to 4.941% (9,634,622  voting
rights) on this day. The attribution of voting rights in the amount of
4.922% (9,598,516 voting rights) results from § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG and the attribution of voting rights in the amount of 0.019% (36,106
voting rights) according to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with §
22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
5. The chain of controlling companies is as follows (starting with the
first-line company): Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd., Credit Suisse
Investment Holdings (UK), Credit Suisse Investments (UK), Credit Suisse
(International) Holding AG, Credit Suisse and Credit Suisse Group.
