Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on PRO DV Software
AG, Dortmund, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006967805, WKN: 696780, have fallen
below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on May 13, 2008  and now amount to
4.99% (this corresponds to 214441 Voting Rights).
