Dates fixed for financial reports and Annual General Meeting in 2009

Holmen's reporting in 2009 will be as follows:

5 February	Year-end Report for 2008

7 May	Interim Report, January - March

13 August	Interim Report, January - June 

4 November	Interim Report, January - September

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 24 March.

The Annual Report for 2008 will be published at the beginning of March and will
be distributed to the shareholders by post.



In its capacity as issuer, Holmen AB is releasing the information in this press
