The UCITS Fund Bankinvest
The sub-fund Pension Bioteknologi, the sub-fund Health Care, the sub-fund
Pension Health Care will be delisted from OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen A/S
from and including 23 June 2008. Thus, last day of trading will be 20 June 2008.
On the AGM held on 3 April and on the EGM held on 14 May 2008, the mergers
between Pension Bioteknologi, Health Care, Pension Health Care and Bioteknologi
were approved. BankInvest I Bioteknologi is the continuing sub-fund.
