Mergers / delistings / change of name
The UCITS Fund Bankinvest
BankInvest II, Danske Aktier and OMXC20 Aktier will be delisted from OMX Nordic
Exchange Copenhagen A/S from and including 23 June 2008. Thus, last day of
trading will be 20 June 2008.
On the AGM held on 3 April 2008 and on the EGM held on 14 May 2008, the merger
between BankInvest II, Danske Aktier, OMXC20 Aktier and BankInvest I, Danske
Small Cap Aktier was approved. BankInvest I, Danske Small Cap Aktier is the
continuing sub-fund. This fund will change its name to BankInvest I, Danmark.
