Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On June 18, 2008 , UBS AG, Zürich, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006070006, WKN:
607000, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 12,
2008  and now amount to 2.95% (this corresponds to 2062174 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.19% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 130809 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
