SARASOTA, Fla., June 20, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- First State Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:FSTF), a bank holding company based in Sarasota, Florida announced today a quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share of outstanding stock. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2008 for shareholders of record on June 23, 2008.
