Publication pursuant to section 26 (1) WpHG

We have received the following voting rights notifications regarding the
exceeding of thresholds on 12 June 2008:

1.1 The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., New York, USA, has notified us pursuant
to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 12 June 2008 its voting interest in
our company exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 4.08% (119, 708,
339 voting rights) on this day.

3.75% of the voting rights (110,061,158 voting rights) are attributable to
it in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2, sentence 2 of the
WpHG. The voting rights of the following shareholders, representing 3% or
more of the voting rights, are attributed to it: J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd
and Morgan Stanley & Co International plc.

0.33% of the voting rights (9,647,981 voting rights) are attributable to it
in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.

1.2 The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., New York, USA, has notified us in the
name of and on behalf of Goldman Sachs (UK) L.L.C., Wilmington, New Castle
County, Delaware, United States, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG
that on 12 June 2008 the voting interest of Goldman Sachs (UK) L.L.C. in
our company exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3.75% (110,061,158
voting rights) on this day.

3.75% of the voting rights (110,061,158 voting rights) are attributable to
Goldman Sachs (UK) L.L.C. in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2,
sentence 2 of the WpHG. The voting rights of the following shareholders,
representing 3% or more of the voting rights, are attributed to Goldman
Sachs (UK) L.L.C.: J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd and Morgan Stanley & Co
International plc.

name of and on behalf of Goldman Sachs Group Holdings (U.K.), London, Great
Britain, United Kingdom, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 12
June 2008 the voting interest of Goldman Sachs Group Holdings (U.K.) in our
company exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3.75% (110,061,158
voting rights) on this day.

3.75% of the voting rights (110,061,158 voting rights) are attributable to
Goldman Sachs Group Holdings (U.K.) in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 2, sentence 2 of the WpHG. The voting rights of the following
shareholders, representing 3% or more of the voting rights, are attributed
to Goldman Sachs Group Holdings (U.K.): J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd and
Morgan Stanley & Co International plc.

1.4 The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., New York, USA, has notified us in the
name of and on behalf of Goldman Sachs Holdings (U.K.), London, Great
Britain, United Kingdom, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 12
June 2008 the voting interest of Goldman Sachs Holdings (U.K.) in our
company exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3.75% (110,061,158
voting rights) on this day.

3.75% of the voting rights (110,061,158 voting rights) are attributable to
Goldman Sachs Holdings (U.K.) in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 2, sentence 2 of the WpHG. The voting rights of the following
shareholders, representing 3% or more of the voting rights, are attributed
to Goldman Sachs Holdings (U.K.): J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd and Morgan
Stanley & Co International plc.

1.5 The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., New York, USA, has notified us in the
name of and on behalf of Goldman Sachs International, London, Great
Britain, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 12 June 2008 the
voting interest of Goldman Sachs International in our company exceeded the
threshold of 3% and amounts to 3.75% (110,061,158 voting rights) on this
day.

3.75% of the voting rights (110,061,158 voting rights) are attributable to
Goldman Sachs International in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1. sent. 1 no.
2 of the WpHG. The voting rights of the following shareholder, representing
3% or more of the voting rights, are attributed to Goldman Sachs
International: J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd and Morgan Stanley & Co
International plc.
