Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Publication pursuant to section 26 (1) WpHG
I.
We have received the following voting rights notification regarding the
exceeding of thresholds on 12 June 2008:
BNP Paribas, Paris, France, has notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1
sentence 1 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its percentage of
voting rights in our company has exceeded the threshold of 3% on 12 June
2008 and as of this day amounts to 4.8% of the voting rights (= 141,496,875
voting rights).
A proportion of voting rights of 3.8% (= 110,061,158 voting rights) in our
company is attributed to us pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 2
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG). The voting rights of the following
shareholder, representing 3% or more of the voting rights, are attributed
to us:
- J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd. and Morgan Stanley & International plc.
II.
We have received the following voting rights notification regarding the
shortfall of thresholds on 17 June 2008:
BNP Paribas, Paris, France, has notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1
sentence 1 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its percentage of
voting rights in our company has fallen below the threshold of 3% on 17
June 2008 and as of that day amounted to 0.95% of the voting rights (=
27,884,133voting rights).
