Auxilio, Inc. Announces Document Image Management Services Agreement With Scottsdale Healthcare


MISSION VIEJO, Calif., June 23, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Auxilio, Inc. (OTCBB:AUXO), a leading provider of document management services for the healthcare industry, announced today that it has entered into a five year agreement to provide its services to Scottsdale Healthcare, a three-hospital health system located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Scottsdale Healthcare is one of Arizona's leading hospital systems, known for its innovations in medical care, research and technology.

Under the terms of the agreement, Auxilio will provide Scottsdale Healthcare with turnkey outsourced Document Management Services including efficiency planning, infrastructure optimization, change management strategy, contract negotiation, billing administration and consolidation, quality control for equipment supply and vendor selection, as well as equipment maintenance, digital connectivity and software integration. Auxilio will place a full time onsite resident team at Scottsdale Healthcare to execute on the strategy.
